Returns

If the item is faulty we will gladly exchange, or refund your money provided the item has not been worn, altered, has the swing tag still attached and is in the original packaging, you may return within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

Refunds will be issued within the next 7 working days of receiving the return, to the original card number and holder provided at the time of purchase.

Please note: We do not give refunds if you have simply changed your mind

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.Please contact us at customerservice@carve.com.au for return address and RA details.
