Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 AUD, with orders below $75 AUD incurring a $10.00 AUD fee.
The majority of our deliveries are handled by Startrack, with Australia Post covering deliveries to parcel lockers.
Orders placed from Metropolitan areas before 1pm are eligible for next day express delivery. Orders after that period have an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days between Monday–Friday.

Due to the high volume of deliveries during the X-mas and New year period, please expect longer than normal delivery times. Carve apologise in advanced for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders placed from Regional, Country or other states outside of NSW can take up to 5 business days between Monday–Friday.

Once you have purchased you will receive an email that has your tracking number from Startrack.
If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected (Usually your local post office). Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Carve takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
Shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers
We do ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers although parcel lockers may take longer than the standard delivery time.

When to return a product
Items can be returned or refunded if
- The product is faulty
- The product has not been worn or altered
- The product has the swing tags attached with the original packaging
How long do you have to return a product?
Returns made within 30 days of receiving your product are entitled to a full refund.
These refunds will be issued to the original card number and holder used to purchased within the next 7 days upon receiving the return.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
We do not refund products if you have changed your mind.
