After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of the Web Site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.
CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
As a parent or guardian you can request us to remove personal information of your child that was submitted without your consent or by misrepresenting his or her age. At your request, we will take reasonable steps to remove such information from our database. Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion
The CARVE x SurfStitch x Jayde Shaw Surfboard Art Competition (“Promotion”) gives eligible customers the opportunity to win a custom surfboard spray/artwork by artist Jayde Shaw.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion is conducted by The White Room International in collaboration with CARVE Eyewear, SurfStitch and artist Jayde Shaw.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on Thursday, 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Purchases made outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia, including all Australian states and territories, who meet the requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The White Room International, CARVE, SurfStitch, Jayde Shaw and any agencies or businesses directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
To receive an eligible entry, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- Purchase any CARVE product from either:
- carve.com.au; or
- surfstitch.com; and
- Follow all three of the following Instagram accounts:

- @carveeyewearau
- @surfstitch
Entrants must continue to follow all three Instagram accounts at the time the winner is verified.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that a potential winner satisfies the Instagram following requirements before awarding the prize.
Each eligible purchase/order constitutes one entry into the random draw.
Any order that is cancelled, refunded, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise reversed may be deemed ineligible and the associated entry removed from the Promotion.
No additional fee is charged to enter the Promotion other than the normal cost of purchasing an eligible CARVE product.
6. Prize
There is one (1) prize available.
The winner will receive a custom surfboard spray/artwork by artist Jayde Shaw, valued at approximately $1,000 AUD.
The winner must provide their own surfboard. A surfboard is not included as part of the prize.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Surfboard Requirements and Delivery
The winner is responsible for supplying a surfboard suitable for the custom artwork.
The winner must arrange, at their own cost and responsibility, to bring and/or deliver their surfboard to Jayde Shaw at her workshop in Miami, Queensland 4223, at a date and time agreed between the winner and Jayde Shaw.
The winner is also responsible for collecting the surfboard once the artwork is complete unless otherwise agreed.
Any travel, accommodation, transport, courier, freight or other expenses associated with getting the winner and/or surfboard to and from Jayde Shaw’s workshop are the responsibility of the winner.
CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw reserve the right to decline to work on a surfboard if it is reasonably considered unsuitable, unsafe, excessively damaged or otherwise inappropriate for the proposed artwork. In these circumstances, the winner may be required to provide an alternative suitable surfboard.
8. Condition of the Surfboard
The winner is responsible for the condition of the surfboard supplied for the artwork.
CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw do not accept responsibility for pre-existing scratches, dents, cracks, discolouration, structural damage, repairs, manufacturing defects or other issues with the surfboard before it is provided for the custom artwork.
The winner acknowledges that the process of preparing, painting, spraying, finishing or otherwise creating artwork on the surfboard may permanently alter its appearance and finish.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
9. Custom Artwork and Artistic Discretion
The prize is a custom artwork and the final design will involve the creative and artistic discretion of Jayde Shaw.
The winner may be involved in discussing the creative direction, colours, concepts and overall design for the surfboard. However, the winner acknowledges that the final artwork may vary from concepts, references, sketches, discussions or expectations provided before or during the creative process.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw are not responsible merely because the winner does not personally like, or later changes their mind about, the style, colour, composition or other subjective artistic aspects of the completed artwork.
Once the artwork has been applied to the surfboard, CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw are not required to repaint, remove, replace or otherwise alter the artwork because of a change in the winner’s personal preference.
10. Random Winner Draw
The winner will be selected entirely at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random draw will take place on Monday, 2 November 2026 at:

The first valid eligible entry selected at random will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
11. Winner Notification
The provisional winner will be contacted by email using the email address associated with their eligible CARVE or SurfStitch purchase.
The winner will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw.
The provisional winner must respond to the notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner.
12. Prize Claim Period and Redraw
The selected winner will have until 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, 16 November 2026 to respond to the winner notification and claim the prize.
If the selected winner:
- does not respond by the claim deadline;
- cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts have been made;
- is determined to be ineligible; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions,
the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected at random in a redraw on Tuesday, 17 November 2026.

The replacement winner will be contacted by email and will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.
13. Photography, Video and Promotional Content
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees that CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw may photograph, film and otherwise record the winner’s involvement in the creative process, including the design, preparation, spraying and completion of the surfboard artwork.
The winner grants CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw permission to use and publish:
- the winner’s name;
- photographs and video footage of the winner;
- footage and imagery of the surfboard and its artwork;
- behind-the-scenes content relating to the creation of the artwork; and
- reasonable quotes, comments or interviews provided by the winner in connection with the prize.
This material may be used for promotional, advertising, social media, website, editorial and marketing purposes relating to CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International, Jayde Shaw and this Promotion.
The winner acknowledges that no additional payment or compensation will be provided for the permitted use of this material.
14. Verification and Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who:
- tampers with the entry or draw process;
- provides false, incomplete or misleading information;
- uses fraudulent purchase details;
- does not satisfy the entry requirements; or
- otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
If a winning purchase is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed before the prize is awarded, the Promoter may deem the entry invalid and conduct a redraw.
15. Prize Availability
The surfboard artwork will be completed at a mutually agreed date, subject to the reasonable availability of Jayde Shaw and the winner.
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or Jayde Shaw prevent the prize from being provided substantially as described, the Promoter may provide a reasonably comparable alternative where permitted by law.
16. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARVE, SurfStitch, The White Room International and Jayde Shaw are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable legislation.
17. Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting and announcing the winner and fulfilling the prize.
Personal information may be shared between The White Room International, CARVE, SurfStitch, Jayde Shaw and relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the relevant privacy policies of the participating businesses.
18. Instagram
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and participating brands and not to Instagram or Meta.
19. General
The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion, verification of entries and conduct of the random draw are final, subject to applicable law.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion, privacy and consumer laws.
