Return Policy

When to return a product

Items can be returned or refunded if:

• The product is faulty

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, as detailed size specifications are available to assist customers in selecting the correct size.

How long do you have to return a product?

Returns made within 30 days of receiving your product are entitled to a full refund.

These refunds will be issued to the original card number and holder used to purchased within the next 7 days upon receiving the return. 

Return Postage

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. 

Exclusions

We do not refund products if you have changed your mind.
