Completely oversized. No change of size permitted.

The hoodie itself looks great (colour, style, etc) but at least two of me could fit into it despite using the size charts provided. Request to change the size (including covering all postage costs) was denied. Due to being unable to wear the product and the disappointing outcome of my request, only one one star can be given.
